My Best Friend

Ni Made Ari Yanti Putri Negara is one of my best friends and my classmates. We can call her Dek Ari or Bebek. She was born on April 17, 1996.

        Dek Ari is a sweet girl. She has brown-skinned. She is shorter than me. Her body is plump. She is 15 years old. She has straight long black hair, and a pointed nose. Her face is round and I always like her smile.

My English Teacher

I have some English teachers in SMPN 1 Tabanan. But one of them who teach me is Mrs. Ni Putu Erinawati. I and my friend usually call her Mrs. Erina, Mommy or Mom. Mrs. Erina is a pretty woman of course. She has a long smooth black hair and her hair style like teenagers. Maybe that is makes Mrs. Erina always looks fresh. Mrs. Erina’s skin is rather dark. Her body is slim, not tall but not so short too. And Mrs. Erina wears glasses, like me.

     Hi, I’m Mank3.  I have a very scared experience.

Last midnight, when I slept in my bedroom, I heard someone sang a sad song and sometimes she was crying. I was be very scared and curious with that voice because it was very strange for me. I tried to find out the source of that voice until I know it was from the back of my window. Actually I was very scared but I still wanted to know who was sang a song like that in the midnight. I got up and walked slowly to the my big window. When I opened the curtain, I didn’t see no body or anything outside.I was really be astonished.

Three Little Pigs

Good morning my friends, we would like to retell you about the story of Three Little Pigs. The story is like this.

Once upon a time there were three little pigs. One day they were going out to start new lives.

The first little pig met a man bring some straw, and he asked him if he might have some to build a house. The man gave him, and the little pig built a lovely house of golden straw. A big bad wolf saw the new house and thinking he would like to eat a little pig, and he called out. Then he huffed and he puffed, until the house of straw fell in, and the wolf ate the little pig for his supper that evening.

Galungan and Kuningan

 Galungan and Kuningan is one of the most important celebrations for Hindus especially for Balinese Hindus. Galungan is a day that symbolizing the victory of good over evil (dharma over dharma). On the eve of Galungan, Hindus thank God for his creations on earth and its content. While Kuningan is a day on which the spirits of the ancestors return to heaven.   

Galungan and Kuningan is held throughout Bali Island. It is celebrated every six months (210 days) in the pawukon (Balinese cycle of days). Galungan day is celebrated every Budha Kliwon Dungulan and Kuningan is on Saturday Kliwon Kuningan.

Bali Starling

The Bali starling is the most beautiful of all the mynahs. The Bali Myna (Leucopsar rothschildi), also known as Rothschild’s Mynah, Bali Starling, or Bali Mynah, locally known as Jalak Bali. It is endemic to (found only on) the island of Bali and has now been adopted as their national bird.

Study Tour

Last Saturday, the students of RSBI class of SMPN 1 Tabanan followed study tour program. At 7.30 o’clock, the tour started and all of us got into the bus. VIIIB was got into bus 5.

          The first place we visited is SMP N 1 Denpasar. The journey from SMPN 1 Tabanan to SMPN 1 Denpasar was about 30 minutes. We saw many students that use sport uniform in SMPN 1 Denpasar. One of them is our friend, Astri. She was our old friend. She changed her school from SMPN 1 Tabanan to SMPN 1 Denpasar.A few minutes later, we studied mathematics in VII A class. We studied about cube and cuboids. The teacher who teached us was Mrs.Miniasih, S.Pd. We got some new knowledges there.
